Our Classes

  • Our most popular + sweaty workout! A Metabolic Conditioning workout, is a workout with minimal rest where we work on both cardiovascular and strength at the same time. We use aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (strength) exercises (usually with dumbbells) at a sustained high intensity.

  • Our weighted or bodyweight strength training session which is all about building strength & muscle through targeted controlled exercises. If you love to feel the burn and the gainz this one is for you!

  • High intensity interval training. Usually in a ‘circuit’ with lots of variation to keep it interesting and fun. These workouts are great for energising, having fun, targeting lots of muscles in one session, and having a good sweat!

  • Our cardio workout to music… this class is simply SO MUCH FUN. From the second we hit play on the tunes, we don’t stop moving, in just half an hour you can hit over 3000 steps!

  • If you want a tough strength class that flies by this is perfect for you. This session is about moving to the beat of the music, think…squats to the beat or russian twists as the beat drops. You’ll barely remember you’re working out cos it’s SO FUN!

  • No equipment high intensity class. It’s just 30 mins but you’ll finish it feeling like you’ve done an hour!

    3 sections to the class: plyometrics, strength and core.

  • Our most advanced class. Push yourself harder than ever in just 30 minutes. NOT recommended for less experienced members. High impact and advanced exercises.

  • This one is all about the abs and core!

    Usually this session is low impact and all about slow and controlled moves, but sometimes we like to mix it up as a HIIT style workout. Look out for the descriptions.

  • Our Every 2 minutes workout. Usually with dumbbells, working on power + speed.

    This workout will feel a bit like a HIIT workout, but rather than working for seconds on and off, you’re completing reps as fast as you can every 2 minutes, the time you have left over you rest until the next 2 minute block!

  • Our gym based class.

    If you wanna follow along at the gym and gain confidence and strength with the barbell this is perfect for you. You’ll work on things like back squats and romanian deadlifts.

  • With our instructors James & Gege!

    James’s sessions are all about slowing down, stretching out, and improving mobility.

    Gege’s sessions are progressive mobility and flexibility programmes where she teaches us specific skills e.g. learn to do a headstand!
