WHERE ARE THE WORKOUTS HOSTED?

On our Lisa’s Living Club web app. The live workouts are all hosted there and every workout is kept there for on demand. Once you sign up you’ll have access with your log in details.

What fitness level do I need to be?

Some experience of exercise is recommended. You don’t need to be super fit, if you’ve had a really long break or only done a little bit thats ok, but it’s not recommended for total beginners (i.e. never done any exercise or classes).

If you have experience but you’re feeling low in confidence because you haven’t trained for a while, try our Getting Back to Fitness’ program.

What equipment do i need?

It varies by class and we have LOTS of sessions with zero equipment. Our key bits we use in weighted sessions are: a chair, 2 x dumbbells for upper body and 2 x heavier dumbbells or kettlebells for lower body + an optional short resistance band.

If you don’t have access to weights we have 100s of workouts that are bodyweight, or you could use alternative household objects:

2 x water bottles / bags of rice for upper*
a filled heavy backpack for lower body*


*Keep in mind if you’re quite advanced and able to lift heavy these options might not feel advanced enough for your level, but they’re a good alternative when you’re without equipment.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Subscribe to either a ‘standard plan’ which is £28.99 every 4 weeks, ‘quarterly’ £74.99 every 3 months, or ‘yearly’ £227.99 charged every year here. There is no contract so you can simply cancel any time.

will my package automatically renew?

Yes all packages renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancel any time no questions asked.

how do i cancel?

Log in to our web app on the homepage and go to ‘Account’ settings to cancel. If you message us on instagram or email us letting us know you’re leaving this is NOT a cancellation - you must cancel through the app.
